You do not have to parent from pressure
If you are tired of feeling like you are supposed to do everything perfectly, this class was made for you.
Breaking the Myths of Parenthood is a short, self-paced course designed to help you step away from guilt, comparison, and unrealistic expectations so you can feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your parenting journey.
So many of us are carrying ideas about what a “good parent” should look like without ever stopping to ask where those ideas came from. This class helps you gently unpack those messages, release what is not serving you, and reconnect with what truly matters for your family.
Why this course matters?
So many parents are carrying pressure they never consciously chose. Ideas about what a “good parent” should look like have been shaped by generations of expectations, cultural messages, and constant outside input. Over time, that pressure can start to feel normal, even when it leaves us exhausted, disconnected, and unsure of ourselves.
This course offers space to slow down and look at those messages more clearly. Not so you can become a perfect parent, but so you can step away from perfection and move toward something more grounded, compassionate, and sustainable for both you and your family.
