Parenthood can feel tender, disorienting, and overwhelming all at once.

This class was created for parents who want a more compassionate way to understand themselves in the early postpartum season. Instead of pushing through with pressure or trying to “bounce back,” Capacity in Parenthood invites you to build the steadiness to stay present with what is hard, with more gentleness, self-awareness, and care.

Together, we explore the emotional realities that so many parents face, including exhaustion, identity shifts, and overwhelm. You will also be introduced to the concept of matrescence, the profound transformation that can happen as a person becomes a mother, and why this season can feel both deeply meaningful and deeply disorienting at the same time.

This class helps normalize the mixed emotions of early parenthood and offers a framework for meeting yourself with more compassion. Because struggling in this season does not mean you are doing it wrong. It means you are moving through something real and life-changing.

If you are craving a more grounded and compassionate way to move through early parenthood, we would love to welcome you in.
