This group is low-pressure and come-as-you-are: Babies in arms, pajamas welcome—however you show up is enough. Feel free to eat a meal, sip your coffee, breastfeed, bottle-feed, or take care of yourself as needed while you participate. This is a space to connect with other parents navigating a similar journey, without the need to have it all figured out. Give yourself the gift of support, from the ease of your own space.
